"I seldom give poor review's and “never” a 1-star. Dr Ung may be a good surgeon, but there’s no personality, compassion, or even administrative skills - as when I met with her on a Monday she didn’t know she was operating on me that Thursday. Why the appointment ? Just part of the “assembly line.” It may be a simple 15 minute procedure for her - but these are my eyes and there’s a certain level of ..."
