"I have been a patient of Dr Todd Hockett for several years and love him. My best friend had eye surgery there under Dr. Epps on June 3, 2025. It was a terrible experience: they ran out of anesthesia 15 minutes into a 30 minute surgery, the remaining 15 minutes were excruciating for her - I was in the waiting room and heard her saying stop!; the wrong lens was put in, and the process to relieve ..."
