"I had cataract surgery a little over a year ago. I had very poor results with a bifocal lens that I was told was suitable for me, yet only a small footprint could use it. My distance vision was terrible. The surgeon called me unhappy and dismissed my concerns. I went to a specialist in NJ to have both lenses replaced. I am seeing so much better now. I can drive again, no more ghosting or starbursts ..."

"The contact lens department NEVER answers when you call and for almost 2 weeks have been leaving messages with no call backs. The one contact lens i did get does not do me much good due to the fact that I have 2 eyes and being able to see out of only one is not very beneficial. it has been over a month since my appointment in which the new contact lenses were ordered. "If anyone on NEPA needs eye care, do NOT go to Eye Care Specialists in Kingston! The absolutely worst experience I’ve EVER had in 50 years of wearing glasses. They are an assembly line. You wait forever to be seen (I had to ask what was going on after waiting more than 45 minutes after my scheduled time) and then you’re rushed through the exam with very little doctor patient interaction other than ..."
