"I have been a patient for SEVERAL years and always mindlessly paid the "contact fitting" fee at checkout. Today after not being "fitted" for contacts since my prescription has not changed in probably 3 years. I informed the cashier that I did not have a fitting and that I shouldn't be charged the $60 fee. They were not amused and brought out the contact specialist who inaccurately cited State law ..."
