"my visit wasnt bad. i ordered my glasses and paid for them got them. six months later they tell me i owe more money. i told them i got my glasses and paid for them. i got a bill for extra money. it doesnt even show what i paid for them. only what i owe. i would pay but i feel i dont owe them. i wont go back.."

"I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years. A few days ago, I woke up with almost no vision in my left eye. Called immediately to Eyecare. Left a msg w their answering service. Called at 8 am when reception opened for calls, was put on hold; cut off after 10 min. Called back, cut off after another 19 mins on hold. Drove in to Eyecare w my 1 good eye, was told they couldn’t see me since I didn't have ..."

"My worst experience with an eye exam. It is a HUGE place with dozens and dozens of narrow rooms. Instruments are crammed in every nook. There are many waiting rooms, filled with people who look as if they have been there for a long time. There are long, gloomy halls with dingy, bulging carpeting. But what is most disturbing is the high speed used to get patients in and out Every action is rushed, ..."
