"Called on 4/2/2024 for an appointment for an eye exam I was there last year and really liked Dr Swaim. I was told they didn’t have an opening till May 30th?? REALLY WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN Found an appointment for this month with another office ????"

"Walking in the office, you notice that there's new people and a few gone - I was last in a month ago. The woman in optical, Leslie, is rude and condescending. She snapped at another employee for giving me a glasses case. Now that Dr. Hanna is gone, we will be too. We were going to try to continue coming here, but after today, we will not."

"This place has no regard for their employees. Lack of training, lack of any care for their employees, and are money hungry. Terry the owner and Claude the office manager are not helpful and they gossip ALL THE TIME about all of their employees. Do not work here!!!!!!!!!! It was the worst experience of my life."
