"I have waiting for the doctor to update my prescription since last one month or so. I just had my annual exam, and my prescription just need to be updated. Every time I call (almost every week), I am being informed that someone will call me back. I have never received any call back. I am just not sure what do to anymore, and this whole process is very disappointing."
