"When I made my appointment, I gave my insurance information. I called a day before my appointment to confirm appointment and ask about copay and she stated everything was good for appointment. I arrived on Saturday for appointment and they told me my insurance was verified so I could not be seen unless I pay 125 dollars after I drove 30 minutes to the appointment.
