"This place has a horrible customer service. I waited over six months to finally schedule an appointment for an eye exam on November 1, at 9:20. They texted me 2 hours before the appointment to informe me they had canceled due to Doctor Hanrahan not coming to work that day and had to reschedule. I got rescheduled for November 11 at 16:20. I arrived at 16:18 and the reception had two people ahead ..."
