"I couldn't find the office. There is NO SIGN. One would think a SIGN would let you know where this business is located. It is attached to the HOSPITAL. They need to simply call it the Vision Wing for the Hospital in Taos. When I finall got through on the phone and was told where it is , on the door was a sign "Face Masks Required". I had no mask. So, missed appointment."
