The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My wait time was minimal. I found everyone on the team to be very informative and thorough. "I've been going to Excelsior for several years, off and on. Also, brought a 90 yr. old friend there for her appt.s. We've, never, had any problems with Dr.s or staff. Don't understand the negativity. I know others that had gone there, too, and had no problems. I can, only, assume that personalities clashed or they expected more. Nobody is perfect and there will be times people will expect more. ..."

"I wish I could leave zero stars. Have been dealing with them since June. They say they will call back repeatedly and never do. It has been weeks and they have test to explain X-ray results let alone meet with the insurance company to get an MRI . This circus started in June for my mom. In the meantime, I have been diagnosed and treated by UB neurology. Including X-rays, CAT scan, MRI and treatment. ..."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Should be called we pick and choose what orthopedic issues we treat. Wouldn’t see my son for a broken collar bone and now won’t see my daughter for rib pain which is likely benign but I would like an X-ray before taking her to the chiropractor. Now I get to go to regular urgent care that can’t diagnose a text book case of gout but at least they’ll evaluate the patient. ..."
