"**Watch Out for GOTCHA(!) Junk Fees** I went here for a physical and only answered questions the ARNP asked me. I was billed for a physical -and- "Office/Outpatient New Low Mdm" Fee. After dispute and review, the charges stands because the nurse asked me questions that were outside of the parameters of a physical. I say they should not have asked me these questions then... I submit this office or ..."
