"I am puzzled by all the negative reviews, as my experience at this office the last few years has been positive. Perhaps the happy patients are just not posting. I have found the reception at the front desk and on phone to be friendly and helpful. One time my prescription was about to expire (my fault) and they bent over backwards to get it fulfilled in time. "Been waiting all day for a call back. Still nothing, for over three hours, when the recording states to keep your place in the queque. This is my second call, just who is answering phones there? Impersonal, I do not recommend, no excuses for such terrible service this day and age."
