"I was seen at the ER for severe upper gastric pain. My doctor referred me to Eugene Gastro, the referral was marked urgent . Three days go by as I am waiting in pain to hear from them. So I called trying to schedule. I was told repeatedly that someone would call me back. Never happened. On my fifth phone call to them I ask for a manger. I am put through to the manager Jamie Barton. She said they refuse ..."
