"Would leave zero if I could, billing was a nightmare. Transposed numbers on zip code so never received any billings, later sent to collections turns out they had billed insurance I had 10 years ago even though new insurance was provided. The emergency room and every other provider billed correctly. Only found out about 2 year old unpaid bill once sent to collections. I was able to coordinate with ..."
