She is gentle, makes every effort to make you feel comfortable, and does a great job cleaning my teeth. The office was clean, windows open, and all necessary precautions were taken. She explained the process she would be following, conducted the examination based on X-rays taken and clearly outlined a plan for moving forward. "I finally convinced my husband to see Dr. Klein after his regular dentist retired. We both went in for cleanings today. We were impressed with their protocols and felt very safe. They were extremely thorough. When my husband was finished, he said that was one of the best experiences he's ever had at a dentist! Thank you Jill, Charlotte and Dr. Klein!!! "I had an emergency occur after hours on Thursday night and reported it to Dr. Klein at 7:30PM. Less than 12 hours later I was in her practice at 7:10AM being assessed as to the damage and was given a temporary fix while other more permanent options could be considered. All of the staff members were friendly, cooperative and professional in their treatment of me which is a testament to Dr. Ericka Klein ..."
