"Unfortunate slip and fall accident lead us to an ER visit last night. Never been to Westlake ER before, hope to never need to again, but if I do…THATS WHERE IM GOING! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. It started with check in, really nice guy! Then the male nurse, great guy and had a few laughs, had great bedside personality. (THEY ALL DID)!
