"Melissa Child is my dental hygienist and she ROCKS! I hadn't had a dental visit in about 2 years so she was very gentle and understanding of my situation. She took the time to explain everything to me. She even asks me what kind of music I'd like to listen to everytime I visit. "We had to wait 1/2 an hour for our appointment for no apparent reason. When I checked to make sure I had the right appointment time we were finally called into the back office. However, the assistant tried to explain the delay on the fact that we had not checked in - which we did do immediately upon arriving. Delays and missteps occur but I would prefer that when the office staff makes a mistake ..."

"Both my children (ages 7 and 11) have their dental follow up at Epic. All of the dentists, hygienists, and office staff are very welcoming to kids and explain everything to them in the right amount of detail. They are attentive to standards for monitoring the kids' teeth, but don't go crazy on unneeded services (such as unnecessary x-rays). Neither of the kids has required any dental work beyond ..."
