"I had a terrible experience with EPIC Dental in Norwood. The Dental service received there was fine, but the Staff committed a mistake by not checking properly with my dental Insurance if the deep cleaning would be covered by them or not and I was told it was approved and I just had to pay the co payment. "I would like to take the time to write a positive review for: Tiffany, Dental Hygenist at Epic Dental. I’ve gone to her for 10 years and my teeth and gums have improved due to the care she always provides. She is professional, kind and friendly. I look forward to seeing her. Also, the office is modern, and clean. You are greeted with your choice of: coffee, tea or water."

"Dr. Miner took a lot of time explaining the x-rays so we really can understand what's happening "behind the scenes." I'm glad we're taking the time for my son's jaw to grow before jumping in to expensive orthodontic procedures. Office staff was pleasant and professional. A great visit!"

"Office is clean and staff is professional but not very communicative with patient or parents. Average time to have braces is 18-24 months. We are going on almost 3 years and have no idea when the braces are coming off. My one concern is that there is virtually zero communication with the parent on what takes place at the appointments and there is no update provided on the progress.
