"I was misdiagnosed with lyme disease by Envita and spent over $45,000 for treatment that did nothing. I met with the patient coordinator about the misdiagnosis and failure of treatment and she attacked me for not doing enough to get better. I walked out of the place and never went back. I sent them a letter requesting a refund of my money and they denied my request."
