"Do not go here. These are the most aweful eye care doctors in the area. Been here since around since July of last year for catarac surgery . 1st was told that Dr. was not available then was told insurance was only accepted at the Lecanto location. Then told machine broke at that location and Dr. did not know how to use it an it would take 5 months to train him. Constantly giving the run aropund. ..."

"I'm sure its a lovely office, but I called to set up an appointment, was put on hold to be transferred, never got my call picked up, ended up back on hold, and AFTER TWO HOURS they disconnected . Makes me wonder if I even want to try tomorrow."

"This is by far the absolute worst eye care office I’ve ever had to unfortunate need to enter. They were the only office that would take my mother’s Medicare for cataract surgery so she had little choice but to use them. Since my father has passed away it has fallen to me to transport mom to appointments of this nature. They were shockingly rude upon arrival. My mother was early for her 1pm appointment ..."

"Unfortunately, my husband had to relocate to this office because the insurance said this is where he should be going. I have never witnessed rudeness from people behind the desk as I have these individuals. It takes forever for anyone to pick up the phone. This is not one time this is not two times but every time that it takes forever for anyone to answer. I am not sure if the doctors there realize ..."

After a few months they finally filled the position. She filled my prescription and after three weeks the lens came. After trying them on I felt something was wrong.
