"I had an extremely bad experience with ENT Specialists. They were extremely rude, uncaring, and have aggressive billing techniques. At the end of July I received a bill for not only services that did not benefit me but also a "no show fee" on a day I showed up. The audiologist LEFT THE OFFICE when I was 20 minutes late, did not call me the next day, and their rude staff only responded with "your late, ..."
