"I will say I’ve been to this office multiple times for tests done for my allergies and throat issues. The PA, Mandi Jackson, is who I saw. She’s knowledgeable and friendly. ?????????? I will add, that the receptionist with the red hair is extremely rude, both over the phone and in person. She does NOT need to represent your office as the first contact. "If I could give a negative number I would. They have the worst, rudest, most disrespectful, horrible group of office staff and people in that practice. They do not care anything about helping people or their children and are very dismissive. They also do not have a clue how to do their jobs. I've worked as a nurse in an Ent office before and they should all be embarrassed and reconsider changing jobs! ..."

"Dr. Kowal is rude and short with his patients. I didn’t like him when I saw him a couple years ago and my daughter also didn’t like him when she saw him. At her visit he suggested she take a medication that we told him repeatedly makes her sick to take. “A little won’t kill her” he says.
