"Jan 10, 2025Previous review This practice advertised to treat sleep apnea. I visited Dr. Kelly Speich and he advised have the Inspire Sleep device inplanted in my body. I had a sleep study done, that was approved by my insurance company. I had blood work and an EKG. This was in April 2024. The doctor would not register me of the surgery or give me a date. "Doctors are good, staff helpful. HOWEVER... it is all run by a call center, and therefore you cannot reach anyone in the actual office, without lengthy hold times, going through a supervisor, making sure it's not lunch hour, etc. I just found out I have a tumor (!), and a number of times had questions for the doctor, needed records faxed to a different doctor, etc. every time have to wait at least ..."
