"If I could give this "practice" less than one star I would. I went there for many years but quite obviously something went wrong. Some of the people answering the phones were rude, didn't take the messages correctly, or so I was told. I filled out proper forms, put in two requests for my medical records, was told a few times that they were understaffed and it would take at least a month or more. I ..."

"This practice has a problem with the efficiency of its office staff. I requested from my PCP a referral that I needed for an appointment with a specialist. No one has called back after several weeks and multiple phone calls where someone was supposed to get back to me. I need medical attention, and I am utterly disgusted with their level of patient care. I would be cautious if you plan to use ..."
