"Dr. Sundus is wonderful. She said almost 3 months ago that she was going to refer me to lapeer hospital for a test of my parathyroid. It has never been ordered. I have made several calls to try to rectify this, to no avail. Finally I drove to the lapeer office to speak to staff in person. I was told that there was an issue with hospital not accepting order because it was "not formatted" ..."

"Would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Dr. Sundus is wonderful, the staff however, HORRIBLE! They are incredibly rude and always =transfer you to a voicemail and you never hear back from them. The staff will lie to you time and time again and when you address that, they get rude."

"Office staff bad . Being ushered out of room only to sit in hall. See doctor then back in hall . Dr hammoud missed my diagnosis of cancer. PCP sent for proper biopsy and found cancer. Hammoud sent me on way and said see you in a year."

"Dr Sundus is amazing! I was a mess at my first appointment, I felt like my PCP wasn't listening to me when it came to how I was feeling with my diabetes. She listened to me and truly cares about my feelings. She made some adjustments to the meds I was on and I started to feel better. I encourage anyone with diabetes to see an endocrinologist! I would recommend Dr Sundus to anyone who is looking for ..."

"The front office staff is extremely rude and seriously incompetent. Dr. Hammoud has an awful bedside manner and is unfamiliar with the latest technology in treating type 1 diabetes. I would avoid this office at all costs."

"Doctor Sundus is the one I see. She very attentive and personable. She takes the time to listen to you and explain things to you in a very common sense understandable way.
