"When I was scheduling out patient surgery and they keep changing the time, even when I said I could not make it at the hour they wanted. Finally got the time changed. Arrived early and they claimed I was late. Paperwork took forever to fill out because there must have been 30 places that needed to be signed and dated, to say nothing of reading the documents. Was pressured to sign without giving enough ..."
