"Manager, Sandra and Assistant manager Kasey were very aggressive and both verbally attacked me in the Clifton Park, NY location yesterday, 4/10/23. I checked in and took a seat. I was approached by the Assistant manager 40 minutes later and asked me "Who are you? And why are you here?" I answered her. She walked away. I was then brought to the eye exam room by the associate who checked me in. I asked ..."
