"Absolute garbage. Scheduled my mother for a pickup at 5:15am.. my mother was told that they open at 5am.. the transportation dropped us off at the location at 5:26am. The doors were closed. No one answered the phone. I kept calling. Finally someone called me back after I left a message with some answering service. The girl with braces said that someone is inside, they’ll open the doors soon then she ..."
