"I was referred here from the VA Hospital because the VA doesn't have a certified MOHS provider. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful at check-in. I did have to wait about 30 minutes, but they kept me informed on why and when. The nurses were exceptionally nice and informative. My prep was explained as it happened, and my questions were answered. Dr. Raphael was professional, explained ..."
