"Wait time in the lobby is great. The front desk staff is wonderful. The wait time in the treatment room is reasonable. My doctor is with another patient not sitting in his office. As far as communicating that is Emory's problem with the new system they are using. "

"The overall facility is fair, and staff is very nice, but my Dr is VERY SLOW to act and slow to refill my prescriptions. Every time I visit for a regular checkup, I find myself in the room waiting for 45min-1hr by myself after my vitals are checked. I just think that my doctor does not value my time. I am purposely not mentioning HER name, I just hope she reads this and tries to do better. I had ..."
