"Terrible customer service. You cannot call the office, only a central call center staffed with the rudest people ever. Medical questions are ignored. I'm a patient of many years. It used to be great but then the PA Dave Willard left and suddenly, everyone has turned rabidly mean and uncaring. AVOID."
