"Their billing department is close to a scam: they have been sending the wrong data to my insurance despite several communications about the patient's credentials. I think the billing department is outsourced and they don't care to work correctly and legally with the clients of the group who hired them."

"Billing misfiled and billed my secondary insurance before the primary. I received one bill showing payment from the Primary and the balance due to me. I contacted billing and informed them that Tricare was my secondary insurance, and they need to file AFTER the Primary processing. Never heard another word until we received a letter from a collection agency. (ONLY 5 months after the service date) Contacted ..."
