"This company auto bills your insurance then never sends you a bill. I stumbled upon the claim in my insurance portal sent by a doctor. There was a balance I never got a bill for. I had to spend half a day calling the hospital to see who billed this (they don’t list their name to insurance b/c they are fraudulent) in fact they used my insurance w/o my approval b/c I did not provide it to the hospital.) ..."

"Just like the other ratings here, I have received a letter from debt collector but never received a bill from this place in the first place from a service apparently in 2020 which I don't even remember. It's also fishy that I would receive this 5 years after which doesn't make sense at all."

"I also received two different invoices for two different dates totalling over $3,400, for collection. I have never received the invoices, both from last year. Also, the insurance company had already paid one of these invoices at their allowed rate, last year."
