"I went to St. Joseph's Hosipat-South ER in September of 2022. Emergency Medical Associates of Tampa Bay LLC is the exclusive provider of emergency services at that hospital. Emergency Medical Associates of Tampa Bay submitted claims to my insurance company, which they paid in full. Then on March 23, 2023 they sent the same paid bills to Americollect collecton agency. Double billing!!!!"

"I also received two different invoices for two different dates totalling over $3,400, for collection. I have never received the invoices, both from last year. Also, the insurance company had already paid one of these invoices at their allowed rate, last year."
