"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Clark gave my husband a pain medication that’s listed as an allergy in his file. His response was “that’s all we had so hopefully he will be fine.” Are you KIDDING ME??!!??? They also gave him someone else’s paperwork to review and made him re-do his paperwork once they realized the information was wrong."
