"The procedure itself was okay at this facility, but due to the billing code the company said they had to use, instead of a routine colonoscopy procedure, Elms used the billing code for "out patient surgery" so the full balance was not covered by my insurance company. My insurance company said the full balance would have been covered with no copay if the code was not "out patient surgery." What a ..."
