"Extremely rude, have zero compassion for their clients when people make mistakes or have personal emergencies or issues that come up and need to re-schedule. They pride themselves on helping patients overcome anxiety, they'll do that, build repoire and a relationship with you and then, just when you actually DO start feeling secure going in for treatment with them, they'll just drop you as a patient ..."

"Dr. Edwards had to place a filling a a very difficult to reach area on my back molar. He did a fantastic job without causing any pain or discomfort. I can only give the office 5-Stars on this rating scale, but in reality I give him 10 gold stars. And KUDOS to the entire team for being friendly, efficient and professional."

"My first appointment at Elma Family Dental was very comfortable and thorough, plus it didn't take too long. A normal wait time to go back and then straight into x-rays, then the doctor reviewed and the hygienist came in last to make a cleaning plan. The ladies were so nice, the doctor was very thorough in discussing my options for treatment and they were all very understanding of my nervousness. Best ..."
