"Spending 3 hours in a dental chair can be very stressful, but Dr. Morse and his staff made me feel very comfortable. They continually asked if I was doing okay and to let them know if I needed a break. I felt no pain or discomfort. This appointment was to prepare my 4 front teeth for crowns. Also, their office is taking every precaution necessary due to Covid-19. I felt very safe."

"I am always impressed with the quality of the associates that work at Elm Street. I feel very comfortable with the skills and personality of Dr. Harris and everyone at the office. With that being said, I was disappointed that I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out a medical questionnaire, which I completed very quickly, only to have to wait an extra 20 minutes beyond ..."

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for the inconvenience imposed upon you. It has been a bit of a learning curve to have our lobby closed during COVID19. Management has already brought your situation to our staff's attention and we are implementing a few minor changes. Emailing the blank medical history form to have patients bring completed to their appointments will be more heavily utilized as well as more frequent parking lot "sweeps". We know your time is valuable and we are grateful that you value our's enough to arrive early for your appointments. We will continue to make all changes necessary to help us adapt to this new reality and appreciate your understanding as we grow and learn. Thank you! - Elm Street Family Dental *PS: They have not developed more comfortable digital x-rays but when they do we look forward to upgrading.
