"Professional, caring and very pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice and also dealt well with my emergency. Kudos. By the way, I've been a dental patient for years with Ellen Jones and it's always been a good experience. My only complaint is the call center, but it's the care that counts."

"There seems to be a culture of disrespect from the front desk clerical staff toward customers demonstrated by irritability with any questions asked and total abruptness. Just rude, felt devalued as a consumer, Also experience this same attitude with the Dentist himself who never made eye contact upon meeting me for the first time and abrupt answers without time to address my concerns of questions ..."
