"My husband and I are leaving El Norte Medical Group. We were satisfied with the quality of care under Dr. Foraci and Dr. Scrivano (our de facto physician since Dr. Foraci never had openings); however, access to care was unsatisfactory. Call centers, Palomar Health, Graybill, and front office staff , made communication difficult. Simply filling a prescription was laborious."
