"If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don’t care about veterans here just their paychecks. The primary care Dr doesn’t listen to you at all and god forbid you ask them for a copy of anything. You would be better off going to a veterinary clinic than here. This place will cancel your appointments then give you a hard time about rescheduling them. They don’t care about your schedule ..."

"I would give them Zero stars. I requested a new patient appointment on Nov 22, 2023. They gave me a date of 26 Feb 2024 for my appointment. Two weeks before my appointment they called and canceled my appointment saying they appointment was booked incorrectly by the VA. I ask thewm to give me another appointment to see my doctor as a new patient appointment of 15 July 2024. So, I waited 3 months for ..."

"Not impressed with services beyond talking with a doctor. Usually recommended for community care which takes weeks to get care or referred to Pansacola which is an hour drive minimum! The eye Dr wouldn’t hear my problem, said I was seen downtown already!!!"
