"The self righteous front desk women have no clue how to be polite. They have zero manners. They bark at you like you are a bad dog. Just low quality, DEI indoctrinated trash. Find a clinic that at least pretends to care about you as an individual when you walk in the door. Horrible customer service."

"On a positive note. Same child sprained both feet. Nurse came to the car to assess situation. Decided it would be better to stay and see Dr. rather than go to ER. Brought a wheelchair to the car for her and got us in ahead of que. Can't remember her name but grateful!"

"SAME as August 17, 22, review! $330 to sign a sports release. This is the second time this has happened with them. You think would learn. Call the clinic (same number used to make appointments) to discuss with someone and the line is busy? Finally, get through and on hold for 15 minutes. They answer the phone and I get transferred and on hold for another 15 minutes. Rediculous."

I needed a provider to sign a form that I received a physical this past year (6/21), and they refused to sign until I receive another physical, knowing that I need this for an insurance discount. I don't need a physical, I simply need them to sign a form stating when my last physical was completed. I am being blackmailed into an appointment I do not want or need."
