"The worst overbooking and service. When called to check in was hung up on, or/and on hold or several minutes. Have had to wait 1-2 hours+ in office. Wasn't checked in when told was. Forgotten in back room. Could go on... There HAS to be better specialists with better organizational, administrative, and customer service!"
