"My name is Barbara Wolfe. I have been a patient of this practice from my childhood until now ( over 60 years) . I would say I am one of if not the patient they’ve had the longest. I was with the practice when Dr Horne was by himself. I received a call about a week before my November 7 2022 appointment. I was asked if I had received a communication about a change in how payment is now to be handled. ..."
