"I had a upper denture made here, last May 2019, it cracked this past April 2020. They do not stand behind the work they do. I am getting charged to have a 5,000.00 denture fixed. They wanna blame me for not coming in for re-line. I was never told to do so. I went to this clinic because I was told they do good work. I’m not impressed!"

At Echo Ridge Dental we pride ourselves on quality work at reasonable prices. Our dentures do not cost $5,000. We are very detailed when it comes to explaining treatment and likely outcomes. In your case, all of this was done and unfortunately it still didn’t meet your satisfaction. The reality of what we do, is that we will never meet everyone’s expectation despite our best efforts and thankfully, there are other dentists to help you with your problem. "I go 4 times a year, every year. The front office staff is wonderful. They are very helpful when my insurance changed and the new company needed more info. They took care of it for me. My current hygentist, Megan, is great. When you see her this many times, you want to feel comfortable. That is exactly what she does."

"Recently I had a comprehensive oral evaluation with Christina and Dr. Scott. That was followed with a complete teeth cleaning by Joanie. Sandy the receptionist had a cancellation for the hygienist time slot just as the oral evaluation was finished. I was so glad they could fit me in on the same day so I did not have to make another trip ( I live 2 hours away). Sandy and the other office people are ..."

"Had my 2nd experience with the sedation dentistry here and was not disappointed! Cant remember a whole lot, but i do remember them making sure I was comfortable before they began. Then woke up to them helping me drink a Gatorade (since my lips and face were numb). Such a friendly group of workers!"
