"Poor communication or assistance from the practice at all. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. No ability to contact your provider directly to get answers. If they do decide to answer the phone are not helpful and incredibly apathetic for a medical office, especially a psychiatrist office. And even with all of those communication issues they have, you as the patient are responsible for ..."

"Eastover does not have the interest of their patients as top priority. Their administration does not acknowledge or follow through with questions or requests. Their psychiatrists are out of touch of modern medicine. I’ve been a patient at Eastover for close to two years, and on average my pysch is 15-30 min late per appointment. They do not communicate or interactive with your therapist or PCP even ..."
