"After going here for years, things have gone downhill. Billing has been a mess. Turn over of staff has been difficult. Hygienist decides whether periodontal maintenance is still needed not a dentist? "I had just reviewed Eastland for my cleaning & examination. This was no different. My tooth extraction went great. The doctor was one of the best I have had for dental work done. I was given pain medication & antiobiotics but only used a couple of the pain tabs as it was gone due to the good work at Eastland. She had difficulty knowing how to address the equipment concerns since she was unfamiliar with the office. Also, my dentist was out of the office that day. "Dr. Kepler and the Hygenist let me know what they were doing every step in the process of preparing two molars for crowns. I can truly say that it was a painless process. From the shots to deaden the area to removing the old crown & prepping both teeth for the temporary crowns the process took about 1 1/4 hours.
