"Loved Dr. Dey and the location is very convenient, but their receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude. I called for help after receiving a bill stating my insurance did not cover their services without a referral from my PCP. "Made an appointment to visit my physician. At my appointment, I was told that I WAS OK and IT WAS NOT CANCER and to follow up in 6 months. I followed up with Eastern OBGYN in the 6 months only to be told I have stage 3 breast cancer and it’s spreading fast. I am 28.
