"Wanted to say this place is fabulous for so many reasons. First we were beyond grateful they saw my boyfriend for his teeth. He had been having issues for 6-8 months and we couldn’t find a dental facility that took state insurance. The university takes a min of 3-6 months and even then they didn’t get his teeth pulled. "I called on June 15th and made an appointment for my son for July 2nd, gave insurance information and everything. Still in my call log as like a 5 minute conversation. I called to confirm the day of because I didnt receive any confirmation. They said there was never an appointment scheduled so they set one up for a few weeks out. That's fine, it was for 1:45 pm on July 14th, they even sent 3 texts ..."

"They got me in on a emergency call. They were gonna Do it that day (Friday) but I did not have a ride I only had to wait over the weekend they got me right in...My dentist (I cannot remember her name ) was very friendly!! She helped me figure out what to do with my chipped tooth and helped me set up appointments for next month to fix my chipped teeth! I felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend ..."

"I broke a molar and it was cutting my tongue and swelling in my throat. Eastern Iowa Health Center got me right in and and did an excellent job. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and was told everything that was going on. Felt like I was in good hands through the entire experience!"

"I was In so much pain my blood pressure spiked to dangerous levels . The appointment was absolutely pointless. Refused to prescribe any pain medication and the next appointment to remove the tooth was a month out. I would not recommend this dentist office ."
